To maintain an esthetically pleasing residential community at Dayton Valley Airpark our architectural guidelines have been adopted.   There is an Architectural Committee made up of the Board Of Directors members that review and approve architectural changes to your property according to these guidelines.  Below is a link to the  document which captures the CC&R building requirements in a user friendly format.
