Airpark & Airport Rules & Regulations
There are two sets of Rules and Regulations that pertain to our community. The Airpark R & R's are for the residential area that is to the north side of the parallel taxiway excluding the residential taxiways. This currently includes the residences and lots on Armstrong Ct., Lindbergh Ct., Doolittle Ct., and Yeager Ct.
Airpark Rules & Regulations:
The other Set of Rules and Regulations pertain to the Airport property itself which includes all taxiways, runway, transient parking area (7 days or less unless otherwise approved by HOA Board), and space between the residential property lines and the Industrial property lines. These rules and regulations are designed for the safety of our airport property, residents, and guests.
